License revoked by Special Orders 177 and 201 when the regiment
was consolidated with the California State Guard's 1st Regiment
to form Companies A, D and H, 1st Battalion, 23rd Regiment.
Chinese-American unit licensed 7 July 1942. License revoked 1
October 1943 by Special Order 265. Commanded by Henry H. Soon.
