Camp Waterman
 
Officers of the 1st Infantry Regiment, National Guard of California (Army Heritage and Education Center)

A temporary camp site located at Santa Cruz and named for Robert Whitney Waterman, 17th Governor of California (1887-1891). It was used for training the 1st Infantry and 2nd Artillery Regiments, National Guard of California in August 1890.
