Los Angeles Port of Embarkation Women's Army Corps Housing Area
 
The site identified as the former Los Angeles Port of Embarkation. Women's Army Corps Housing Area was part of the resubdivision of Block 10, Range 5, in the City of Wilmington,
California.

On 10 April 1942, 2.43 acres were leased and 0.29 of an acre was acquired by lesser interest from the City of Los Angeles. The site was military housing facility during World War II. Housing was built in 1942.

The property was declared surplus on 31 March 1946, and the leases were cancelled between 18 June 1946 and 7 June 1948. On 17 September 1948, the City of Los Angeles signed a release for all claims relating to use of the property by the Federal Government.
