A Mexican border patrol post at Tecate, San Diego County. It was established in March 1911 by Captain Theodore H. Koch with the 115th Company, Coast Artillery, aggregating 102 men, pursuant to General Orders No. 23, Fort Rosecrans, dated March 23, 1911. The post was active until November 1914.
