VILLAREAL, Mirtha
 
Captain Martha Villarreal was born in Los Angeles, California, on April 1968. She graduated from Roseville High School, Roseville California, in 1986. She received a Baccalaureate degree in 1994 from Southwest Texas State University.
 
Captain Villarreal began her military career by enlisting in the United States Army upon completion of high school. She served as a nuclear, biological, chemical warfare specialist while an enlisted soldier. As an enlisted soldier she attained the rank of Staff Sergeant. Captain Villarreal was stationed in Germany and Fort Hood. In 1997, CPT Villarreal graduated from the California State Officer Candidate School. Her military assignments have included: Platoon Leader, 118th Maintenance Company, Commander, 133rd Transportation Detachment, Train Assess Counsel (TAC) Officer, 223rd Regiment, OCS.
